This first-ever community college fair at the American Job Center Hawaii will focus on showcasing both academic and workforce training programs available at the UH Community Colleges specifically for working adults and people who wish to return to college.
It has never been a better time for adults entering or returning to college to earn their degree with a variety of helpful resources, including financial aid services, career services, academic counseling and a new associate of arts degree obtainable entirely online. New services and a program called HINET offers eligible students funds for food, books, gas money and a support system on top of financial aid while attending college.
Present at this event will be representatives from Honolulu Community College, Kapi’olani Community College, Leeward Community College and Windward Community College.
This event is FREE and open to the community.
